How Enrollment Works
When you select a plan, you are beginning the enrollment process for a structured Monthly Learning Plan — not simply booking an instructor's time. Our coordinator reviews your request, matches you with a qualified certified instructor, confirms your live session schedule, and then coordinates secure payment. Portal access and live sessions begin after payment confirmation.

Submit Enrollment Request
Provide your details on the enrollment page. No payment is taken at this step. Our coordinator will review your request.
Schedule & Payment
The academy contacts you to confirm your tutor match, schedule, and sends a secure payment link. Your plan activates upon payment.
Attend & Track Progress
Log in to the student portal after activation to attend live sessions, view lesson history, attendance records, and recitation feedback.

Subscription Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds
- Monthly Billing: Monthly Learning Plans operate on a recurring billing cycle coordinated by the academy. Billing continues until a cancellation request is submitted and processed.
- Cancellation Process: You can submit a cancellation request at any time. Simply visit the Cancel Subscription page or email [email protected]. Request processing takes 1–3 business days.
- Refund Policy: Cancellation stops future renewals. There is no automatic refund merely because a subscription is cancelled. For eligibility details, please review our refund conditions.
